Our Staff
We provide quality caregivers who are educated in the field of early education. Our employees are trained in areas such as early literacy, motor development, and social and emotional domains of learning. Our educators are self-motivating and truly invested in the development of the children in our program.

Staff have been cleared by the State of Pa to work with children and have all clearances necessary to work with children.

Staff Education
Our staff are motived to learn and grow in the field of Early Childhood. Our educators have a CDA or above in the field, and they are expected to complete 12-16 hours of additional training each year in various topics. This helps build well-rounded educators. Our educators have the ability to plan creative lessons aligned with The Pa Early Learning Standards fostering the children's learning and creativity.
Parent Communication
Our educators provide daily opportunities for open communication between home and school. In addition to face-to-face interactions, each child will receive daily updates on their Class App that will highlight the best parts of their day and is also a great way for parents to stay up to date with center activities.
we also have a monthly newsletter for important center information such as special events closings etc.
